Meet Brenton Montgomery, Our Owner & Chief Appraiser

Hi, I’m Brenton Montgomery, and I’m proud to be the owner and chief appraiser at Precision Appraisal Services. Real estate appraisal isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I’ve been appraising homes across San Diego County for over a decade, and I’ve seen firsthand how important accurate valuations are for people making significant decisions about their property.

I am a Certified Residential (License #3005430) appraiser in California, and I’ve built my career on precision, transparency, and deep local knowledge. Whether I’m working on a cozy single-family home in Poway, a luxury estate in La Jolla, or a historic property in North Park, my goal is always the same: to provide a clear, honest, and well-supported valuation that my clients can rely on.

San Diego’s real estate market is incredibly diverse. I’ve appraised beachfront properties with breathtaking ocean views, homes with unpermitted additions, and even homes in neighborhoods where market values are shifting rapidly. Each property comes with its own story, and I take pride in understanding the unique characteristics of every home I appraise.
